Our company wishes to select the best candidates with the aim of achieving mutual satisfaction and economic benefit. As we have fair intentions, we wish to obtain enough information before making any decision. Various questionnaires thus need to be filled in and a personal interview conducted before a selection is made.

Here is a questionnaire with various different contents; it is possible that you will not agree with all the questions, although we expect that you will answer most of them. Some questions are repeated in other selection activities, nevertheless we ask you to answer them again. If you feel that a particular question is unreasonable then we ask you to make a note of this.

The results and questionnaires will be part of our internal company archives, and it is your free decision how you will respond to particular questions. We do not accept any additional questions for any part of the questionnaire and will not give any explanations for any items, and therefore you are asked to answer on the basis of the data, opinions and information available to you at the time of completing the questionnaire, and in the way you understand a particular question at the moment of it being asked. The company renounces any obligation to provide further information referring to the questionnaire.
